All instructional, training and coaching staff involved with ATC personally pursue the outdoor adventure activities that they teach, this results in them having greater empathy with clients as they are continually putting themselves beyond their own comfort zones during their personal adventures, additionally it also means they have great enthusiasm and knowledge which is passed on to the groups and individuals they work with.
