At ATC (Adventure Training Consultants) we like to keep things simple and fair. We feel our booking terms reflect this and we hope that you feel the same way…

  1. Bookings are not “confirmed” until payment has been arranged, we have received payment in full and you receive a “booking confirmation ” email from us with your booking, course, tour details.
  2. If we need to cancel your booking for any reason we will offer alternate dates / activities or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
  3. If you cancel your booking for any reason we will not refund any amount unless we can fill your place on the trip / course.
  4. If we do manage to fill your place we will issue a refund minus any payment / charges incurred (credit card fees, pay pal fees etc.)
  5. At times outdoor activities are subject to adverse weather conditions, this is out of our control and is just part of the outdoor adventure experience, we may cancel trips due to dangerous conditions, if we do we will refund as per our policy around trips cancelled by us.
  6. The decision as to whether the conditions are dangerous or just not ideal will be made solely by ATC and based purely on safety judgements.
